lynx -source -auth=username:password 'http://dynamic.zoneedit.com/auth/dynamic.html?host=www.mydomain.com'

To scroll up a page use Ctrl-F and to scroll back a page be sure to do Ctrl-B

I hated not knowing that, you can't do antyhing except go to the end of the document or follow to the next link.
